Job summary

NeighborWorks America is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of network organizations, engaging with executive leadership and boards to strengthen governance, performance, and impact.

You will leverage NeighborWorks services, tools, and data insights to broker connections, drive capacity-building, and guide strategic planning. This role requires travel and strong communication across diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; applicable experience may be considered in place of education.
• Experience in community development, affordable housing or nonprofit management.
• Strong nonprofit governance and board-facing capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of network organizations and build relationships with executive leadership and boards.
• Guide network organizations to NeighborWorks resources and subject-matter experts.
• Use NW data and market analysis to support decisions and strategy.
• Develop outcome-based performance measures and action plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
