Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit/management fields.
• 5–7 years in community development or nonprofit management for RM; 8+ years for Sr.
• Strong governance, communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of network organizations and build executive relationships.
• Guide NWOs in NeighborWorks services and connect to tools and experts.
• Leverage NW data and market analysis for portfolio decisions.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to support network organizations.
• Develop capacity-building strategies and support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with boards on governance, training and performance.
