NeighborWorks America is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of network organizations, building strong executive relationships and guiding access to NeighborWorks resources.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, capacity building, and strategic thinking to strengthen organizational performance. Extensive travel is required, with a remote-friendly setup across multiple states.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 5–7 years in community development, affordable housing or nonprofit management for Relationship Manager, 8+ years for Sr. RM.
• Strong nonprofit management and board governance experience; fiduciary responsibilities and board roles.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of network organizations and maintain relationships with executive leadership, boards, partners, and stakeholders.
• Guide NWOs in utilizing NeighborWorks services and resources; broker connections across the organization and network peers.
• Use NW data and market analysis to support decision making for portfolio organizations.
• Deliver customer-centric support and develop capacity-building strategies for organizational improvement.
• Collaborate with NWOs on strategic planning, performance assessments and action plans.
• Engage with nonprofit boards, facilitate board training and strategic planning activities.
• Review funding requests and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Support NWOs in long-term strategic visioning beyond compliance remediation.
