Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager Sr I to acquire and manage a broad national portfolio, largely remote, coordinating with RBC USWM Financial Advisors to deliver CNB’s small business and personal solutions. The role requires strong collaboration across internal and external partners to secure qualified introductions and successful client outcomes.

You will drive deposits, lending and fee income while maintaining risk controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience in financial services.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage small business and personal relationships to achieve deposits, lending and fee income goals.
• Develop and execute strategy for engaging RBC USWM Financial Advisors and partners for client introductions and education.
• Deepen client relationships through cross-selling with RBC Advisors and SME colleagues.
• Deliver consistent client experiences, address escalations, and align solutions to client needs.
