City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager SR I to acquire and manage small business and personal relationships across a national geography. This primarily remote role collaborates with RBC USWM Financial Advisors to deliver CNB’s full capabilities and drive growth in deposits, lending and fees.

You will educate advisors on CNB’s small business offerings, source qualified referrals, and provide sound financial guidance while maintaining strong risk management and client service

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution.

Aufgaben

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients to meet sales goals (deposits, lending, fee income).
• Develop strategy to engage RBC USWM Financial Advisors for client introductions and education.
• Deepen client relationships through cross-selling with RBC advisors and SME colleagues.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience and manage escalations.
• Improve banking acumen and sales practices through collaboration and training resources.
• Draw insights from data to provide sound financial advice and growth opportunities.
• Remain within policies and regulatory requirements, and manage risk effectively.
• Interact professionally with CNB and RBC personnel and external clients.
