Job summary

This primarily remote role requires strong sales, relationship management, and regulatory knowledge. You will educate advisors on CNB offerings, drive client introductions, and expand existing relationships while maintaining exemplary service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and facilitate new small business and personal relationships while managing a portfolio of existing clients to achieve sales goals.
• Develop a defined strategy for engaging RBC USWM Financial Advisors for client introductions, education and follow-up.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and deepen relationships through cross-selling with RBC USWM Advisors.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with timely resolutions and consistent service.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
