Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and facilitate new small business and personal relationships while managing a portfolio of existing clients to achieve sales goals (deposits, lending and fee income).
• Develop a defined strategy for engaging RBC USWM Financial Advisors for client introductions, education and follow-up.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and deepen relationships through cross-selling efforts with SME colleagues.
• Deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience, addressing needs and escalations.
• Capture holistic view of client needs and provide sound financial advice through discovery.
• Maintain awareness of policies, procedures and regulations, staying within lending authorities and managing risk.
• Interact professionally with CNB and RBC personnel and clients to support quality service.
