Job summary

Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. This role partners with Client Services to manage elite advisor relationships, retain and grow book of business, and deliver strategic analyses and consultative solutions.

You will meet with C-Level executives, communicate platform updates, and train clients as needed. Expect cross-functional collaboration and emphasis on data-driven value delivery for key intermediaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement services industry.
• Direct client relationships within a financial services environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a cohesive team.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; capable of group presentations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and meetings with senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with elite advisors to promote organic growth.
• Meet with C-Level executives to develop education and communication strategies.
• Communicate platform rollouts and provide training as appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to support advisors and clients.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver customized reporting.
• Review plan performance and pricing to retain at-risk clients and grow share-of-wallet.
• Lead or participate in projects creating additional value for existing relationships.
