Ascensus is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to work with elite advisors, managing a book of business in the retirement services space. You will foster lasting relationships, drive organic growth, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value through customized reporting and strategic analyses.

The role requires engaging executives, communicating platform rollouts, and maintaining data security while balancing client needs with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement services industry.
• Direct client relationships within a financial services environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for elite advisors and manage the book of business.
• Foster advisor relationships and drive organic growth.
• Present to C-Level executives and educate on platforms and enhancements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized reporting.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize pricing where applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security of client information.
