Job summary

KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to source and manage client relationships, underwrite and structure new credit opportunities, and coordinate with deal teams across the bank’s platform.

You will collaborate with product partners in Commercial Mortgage Group, Real Estate Syndications, Investment Banking and Enterprise Commercial Payments to generate diversified income while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in commercial real estate or banking preferred.
• Experience using AI tools to support underwriting and market research.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new client relationships and managing existing ones.
• Underwrite, structure and document new credit opportunities.
• Lead deal teams and coordinate with product partners across real estate platforms.
