A Senior Relationship Manager within IREG sources and manages client relationships, underwrites credit opportunities, and collaborates with product partners to drive revenue while maintaining risk controls.

As part of KBREC, you will lead deal teams, mentor staff, and engage with large REITs and private equity clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–10+ years in commercial real estate or banking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage client relationships in IREG.
• Underwrite, structure and document new credit opportunities.
• Lead deal teams and coordinate with product partners.
• Mentor junior staff and develop client opportunities.
• Travel frequently and work in-office most days.
