KeyBank seeks a Relationship Manager (Vice President) in the Institutional Capital Group to deliver tailored financial solutions for institutionally backed real estate owners across the U.S. You will source, underwrite, and manage client relationships while coordinating with product partners and risk teams.

Responsibilities include originating credit exposures from $25M to $250M, building complex financial models, and presenting strategies to C-suite executives. Travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate and/or banking.

• Originate and structure credit exposures from $25M to $250M with senior bankers.
• Analyze financial statements and build customized balance sheet solutions.
• Prepare financial models, memorandums, term sheets and client presentations.
• Present financing options to C-suite executives of client organizations.
• Lead negotiations on term sheets and related documents.
• Mentor junior team members and manage portfolio relationships.
