KeyCorp's Institutional Capital Group seeks a Relationship Manager (Vice President) to deliver tailored financial solutions to institutionally backed CRE owner-operators across the U.S., focusing on Multifamily, Industrial, Healthcare, and Data Centers.

You will source, underwrite, and manage client relationships, lead negotiations on credit terms and coordinate with risk, product partners, and analysts while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate and/or banking.
• Strong credit analysis, financial modeling, and client negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Originate and structure credit exposures from $25M to $250M.
• Prepare financial models, memorandums, term sheets, and client presentations.
• Lead negotiations on term sheets and credit agreements.
• Manage the internal deal approval process and ensure risk compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and travel as needed.
