Job summary

KeyBank’s Institutional Capital Group seeks a Relationship Manager (Vice President) to deliver tailored CRE solutions to institutionally backed owner-operators across the U.S. You will partner with senior bankers to originate, underwrite, and manage client relationships focused on Multifamily, Industrial, Healthcare, and Data Center assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with solid coursework in finance or economics.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and credit risk.
• Experience structuring and underwriting CRE credit facilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure credit exposures ranging from $25M to $250M with senior bankers.
• Analyze financial statements and develop customized balance sheet solutions.
• Prepare financial models, term sheets, and client presentations.
• Present financing options to C-suite executives and lead negotiations.
• Manage deal approvals and ensure risk and compliance alignment.
• Expand client base through networking and industry involvement.
• Mentor Analysts and Associates and oversee portfolio relationships.
