Job summary

KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to source and manage client relationships, underwrite and structure credit opportunities, and partner with deal teams to drive revenue. You will coordinate with product partners across Commercial Mortgage Group, syndications, investment banking and cash management to optimize income streams across portfolios.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years in commercial real estate or banking.
Strong analytical, organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using AI tools to support real estate underwriting, market research, credit analysis and investment memorandum preparation.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and strong work ethic.
Strong sales and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Work with IREG teammates to provide prospects and clients creative financing solutions.
Develop and maintain close client relationships with balance sheet and off-balance sheet options.
Synthesize portfolio data and assess risks of extended structured credit products.
Lead deal teams and communicate with clients, borrowers and prospects to develop opportunities.
Mentor and develop Relationship Managers, Analysts, and Associates.
Lead sales and prospecting aligned to growth strategies.
In-office presence required most days; frequent travel may be needed.
