Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager to lead and grow a commercial lending and deposit portfolio in the Phoenix metro area. The role emphasizes proactive client solutions, cross-selling across treasury management, wealth products, and deposits while maintaining strict credit discipline and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor other relationship managers, develop new business with mid-sized companies, and partner with credit teams to structure

Formación

• Seven or more years of Commercial Lending experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business with emphasis in financial banking is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to cross-sell other banking products including loans, deposits and treasury management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify deposit-driven commercial relationships and present solutions using treasury management, wealth products and other services.
• Manages and services commercial relationships by interviewing applicants and obtaining financial data.
• Analyzes financial information to determine credit risk and approves loans within authority.
• Mentor other relationship managers and assist with larger, more complex credits.
• Develop knowledge of all commercial products to facilitate cross-selling and client service.
