Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager to lead the growth of commercial deposits and loans. You will develop and manage client relationships, assess credit risk, and provide financial solutions while mentoring peers within the lending team.

The role requires seven or more years in commercial banking, strong communication, and cross-selling capabilities. A Bachelor’s in Finance or Business is preferred, with a responsive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of commercial lending experience preferred with underwriting ability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
Proven track record in cross-selling loans, deposits and treasury management products.
Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Identify deposit driven commercial relationships and present banking solutions.
Manage and service commercial relationships, gathering financial data from applicants.
Analyze financial statements to determine credit risk and approve loans within authority.
Mentor other relationship managers and potentially evolve into leadership.
Monitor market conditions and maintain a profitable product line.
