Enterprise Bank & Trust, a community-focused financial institution, seeks a Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager to lead and grow a commercial banking portfolio. You will develop new client relationships and expand deposits and loans while maintaining strong client service and risk management standards.

In this senior role, you will mentor junior staff, assess credit quality, and collaborate across product teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial lending experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business with emphasis in financial banking preferred.

• Develop and manage new commercial deposit and loan accounts and client relationships.
• Enhance existing relationships and provide financial solutions.
• Mentor other relationship managers and potentially evolve into management role.
• Cross-sell banking products including loans, deposits and treasury management.
