Ascensus is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to work with elite advisors and client services to retain and grow a book of business. You will protect sensitive data, deliver strategic analyses, and coordinate with internal teams to provide customized reporting and education to executives.

The role requires 5+ years in retirement services, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. You will drive cross-sell opportunities and enhance the Ascensus client experience across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 5+ years in retirement services
• Direct client relationships experience in financial services admin environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; independent and collaborative work style
• Excellent written and verbal communication; group presentation experience
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; willingness to travel

Responsabilités

• Serve as focal point for elite advisors, manage book of business retention and growth
• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent disclosure
• Develop education and communication strategies with C‑level executives
• Provide platform rollouts, training, and ongoing support to advisors and clients
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to advocate for elite advisors
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver customized reporting
• Lead projects to add value and optimize profitability for plans
