Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a seasoned relationship management professional to serve elite advisors and protect and grow a book of business within the retirement services space. You will work closely with Client Services to ensure exceptional service experiences and retention while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

You will engage with senior executives, roll out platform enhancements, and train stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in retirement services or financial services client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and within a cohesive team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for elite advisors, managing relationships and retention.
• Promote organic growth through consultative solutions and value-added analyses.
• Present to C-level executives and develop education/communication strategies.
• Communicate platform rollouts and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the Ascensus experience and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Review books of business to optimize performance and profitability.
