Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a seasoned relationship manager to serve elite advisors in our Client Services group. You will protect client retention, grow the book of business through consultative solutions, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver value.

You’ll meet with senior executives, implement education strategies for platform rollouts, and drive profitability by identifying cross‑sell opportunities while upholding Ascensus’ core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement services industry.
• Prior experience with direct client/client equivalent relationships within a financial services administrative environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; able to balance client needs with organizational goals.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for elite advisors and manage relationships to retain and grow the book of business.
• Develop education and communication strategies for C‑level executives and educate on platform rollouts.
• Provide training on new platform enhancements and coordinate cross‑functional support.
• Identify cross‑sell revenue opportunities and lead projects to create additional value for existing relationships.
