Ascensus is seeking a senior-level Client Relationship Manager to serve as the focal point for elite advisor plan clients and their financial advisors. You will protect data, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a superior service experience and plan retention.

The role requires 7+ years in retirement services or related field, plus 5+ years in direct client relationships within financial services. Travel to meet clients will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 7 years’ retirement services industry experience preferred
• 5 years’ direct client relationships within a financial services administrative environment
• Certification or working towards ASPPA/CEBS preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a cohesive team
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsabilités

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure
• Demonstrate proactive client focus and team collaboration to retain and grow accounts
• Develop relationships with plan clients and financial professionals to support retention and educate on products and services
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments to resolve client escalations
• Cross-sell revenue opportunities and educate clients on processes and features
• Travel as required to meet with senior-level clients and advisors
