Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform for retirement plans, seeks a relationship manager to serve elite advisors. You will manage strategy, provide analytics, and coordinate across Ascensus to grow book of business.

You will meet with executive clients, communicate platform updates, and train stakeholders. Strong communication, project management, and industry experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in retirement services industry.
• Direct client relationships within a financial services admin environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a cohesive team.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong business judgment balancing client needs and organizational goals.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including group presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel as required.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Understanding of investments used in retirement programs.

Responsibilities

• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling to prevent disclosure.
• Support company core values and customer-centric service philosophy.
• Foster lasting relationships and promote growth with elite advisors.
• Meet with C-Level executives to develop education and communication strategies.
• Communicate platform rollouts and provide training as needed.
• Demonstrate proactive client focus and teamwork to enhance retention.
• Coordinate with internal Ascensus departments as an advocate for advisors.
• Enhance the Ascensus experience and expand share-of-wallet with elite advisors.
• Review existing book of business to optimize plan performance and revenue.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver value-added reporting.
• Lead projects creating additional value for ongoing relationships.
• Conduct pricing reviews and recommend adjustments to retain at-risk clients.
