Qualifications

• 5–10 years in retail banking or consultative relationship sales with proven results.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present and tailor solutions; educate clients on technology.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and office software.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by deepening relationships.
• Meet clients in person and by phone to assess needs and tailor recommendations.
• Open and service consumer and small business accounts; support digital banking enrollment.
