• Proficiency with CRM platforms, bank systems, and common office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by deepening relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Meet with clients in person and by phone to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Open and service consumer and small business accounts; support digital banking enrollment.
• Originate and process consumer credit requests; coordinate handoffs for complex needs.
• Drive growth through deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and fees.
