Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days, including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client maintenance and sales support across deposit, credit, and service lines.
• Contribute to achieving client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.

• Lead sales initiatives within the branch as an expert resource.
