You will expand relationships, handle consultative conversations, and referrals to specialists as needed, with cross-training to teller duties when required.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of client sales/service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of client sales/service experience.
• Sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic computer skills.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment incl. NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to support temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights.
• Must meet ongoing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client service and sales on deposits, credit, and other products.
• Help meet client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists after consultative conversations.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Continue sales technique and product knowledge development through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to controls and procedures; stay current with policies.
• Lead sales initiatives within the branch as an expert resource.
• Deliver professional service with a courteous, needs-based approach.
