The position requires strong Sales and client-relations skills with a 5+ year background in banking or sales, and a high school diploma. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or sales recommended.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill deposit and loan needs, open accounts and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ goals and cross-sell bank products.
• Refer clients to bank partners for mortgage, wealth, and business banking services.
• Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects with tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales techniques and product knowledge as needed.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times and process transactions as needed.
• Attend training and meetings to stay informed on products, services, and compliance.
