Job summary

First Horizon Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker in New Orleans, onsite at 4909 Prytania St. You will engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial goals and promote bank products, focusing on deposits, loans, and cross-sell opportunities.

You will support sales goals, provide personalized financial advice, and reference bank policies while delivering excellent service and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify deposit and lending needs, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals.
• Refer clients to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Conduct proactive outreach to clients and participate in sales leadership and training.
• Support teller functions to minimize wait times and ensure service quality.
