Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle client maintenance requests, resolve issues, and cross-sell products.
• Meet/exceed client service and sales targets by building relationships.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Increase product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow policies, controls, and risk management guidelines.
• Lead sales initiatives within the branch as an expert resource.
• Deliver professional client service with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
