Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated client service professional to deliver outstanding in-branch and phone interactions. You will develop relationships, present banking solutions, and support teller duties as needed while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities include consultative conversations, referrals to specialists, and adherence to internal controls and compliance procedures. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with preferred associates

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; associates or higher preferred.
• Experience in client sales and service is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications including MS Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed service and sales targets by offering banking products.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and maintain risk controls.
• Support leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Assist customers with deposits, credit, and retirement products.
• Engage clients with courteous service and active needs discovery.
