You will handle teller duties as needed and advise on lending options while collaborating with specialists to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
• Engages clients with courteous conversation while conducting transactions and assisting in navigating the branch.
