Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs, including weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships; meet sales targets.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
