Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliance within 30 days of employment with NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Exercise proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales across product lines.
• Help meet client service and sales targets by offering products and developing relationships.
• Support sales process with consultative conversations; refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in leadership routines within the Retail Community Bank.
• Pursue ongoing knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Lead branch sales initiatives and act as an expert resource.
• Provide professional client service with courteous, needs-based transactions.
