Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and meet NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client maintenance, problem resolution, and sales functions for deposit, credit, and other products.
• Contribute to meeting client service and sales targets by expanding and retaining relationships.
• Consult with clients and refer complex needs to internal specialists when needed.
• Assist with teller duties and greeting clients to navigate branch services.
• Adhere to policies and risk management procedures and stay updated on changes.
