Qualifications

• Demonstrated banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and promoting Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Acts as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ consumer and business products, loans, deposits, and insurance.
• Supports digital banking adoption and overall customer experience.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Assists in team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
