Job summary

Regions Bank in Pearland, TX is hiring a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker to meet customers in person and by phone. You will identify needs and tailor solutions across lending, deposits, investments, and wealth options for Preferred Banking Households.

You must be driven, able to work with a team, and provide superior service while adhering to bank policies. Some overtime may apply and a Life Insurance license is required within 120 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound phone calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions products and services, including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
• Advises customers on digital banking options and how to bank remotely.
