Qualifications

• Experience in banking, sales, and/or customer service.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and electronically.
• High integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and presenting Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships within Preferred Banking Households.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions products including loans, deposits, and insurance.
• Promotes digital banking tools and guides customers through online/mobile options.
• Maintains daily branch responsibilities and ensures sound banking practices.
• Resolves customer issues and references complex goals to specialists.
• Mentors junior bankers and supports team development.
• Complies with all laws, regulations, and internal processes.
