Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions; proficient with computers and digital channels.
• Licensing: Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households with partners in the branch.
• Educates customers on Regions' consumer and business products including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Explains digital banking tools and assists customers with online, mobile, and ATM services.
• Delivers excellent customer service, handles issues, and refers complex goals to specialists.
• Follows bank procedures and manages operational risks; supports junior bankers.
