Regions in Spring, TX is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects in person and by phone to determine financial needs and offer appropriate products and guidance to help achieve financial goals.

The role emphasizes acquiring and deepening relationships with Preferred Banking Households and may involve wealth opportunities, lending, and retirement/investment discussions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance for Preferred Banking Households
• Conducts outbound calls from lead lists to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Works with Branch Team to serve as primary relationship managers for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households
• Educates customers on Regions’ products and services including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and supports day-to-day branch responsibilities
• Owns and resolves customer issues
• Refers customers to internal experts for advanced goals
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers
• Follows bank processes and manages operational risk
