Regions Bank in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker to meet with customers in person and by phone, assessing financial needs and offering appropriate products and guidance to achieve financial goals. The role focuses on Preferred Banking Households with complex solutions and wealth opportunities, requiring strong relationship skills.

Candidates with retail or sales experience who are driven, competitive, and team-oriented will thrive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones.
• Works with the Branch Team as the primary relationship manager for Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Educates customers on digital banking offerings (mobile, online, ATM).
• Provides an excellent customer experience by handling transactions and issues.
