Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Willingness to work Saturdays; able to stand and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Partners with the branch team to manage a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products including loans, deposits, and investments.
• Promotes digital banking and guides customers to mobile/online tools.
• Delivers a consistent service experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal specialists.
• Supports junior bankers through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Complies with bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
