The role emphasizes Preferred Banking Households, complex financial guidance, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

The position requires excellent communication, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while promoting digital banking

Formación

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication in person, on the phone, and via electronic channels.
• Ability to work Saturdays and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products, including loans, deposits, and investments.
• Assist customers with digital banking and ensure a seamless experience.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers to internal experts when needed.
• Support junior bankers and adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
