Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker in Chesterfield, MO, to meet with customers in person and by phone, assess financial needs, and tailor affluent solutions. You will focus on Preferred Banking Households, guiding investments, lending, and savings conversations to deepen relationships.

In this role you will identify opportunities, educate clients on Regions products, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver a seamless banking experience while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in banking, sales or customer service.
• Ability to communicate in person and on phone.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships with Preferred Banking households.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educate customers on Regions products including loans, deposits, investments.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and resolve issues.
