Regions Bank in Orlando seeks a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, identify financial needs, and proactively offer appropriate products and guidance to achieve goals. The role focuses on Preferred Banking Households with affluent solutions, wealth opportunities, and lending discussions.

The candidate should be driven, competitive, and able to work in a team to reach common goals, with strong communication skills and a track record in retail or sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products and services including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
• Promotes digital banking offerings to customers for convenience and ease of use.
