Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Cash handling and cash transactions proficiency.
• In-person, telephone, and electronic communication skills.
• Frequent computer use with typing and monitor attention.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Serve as relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educate customers on Regions consumer and business products and services.
• Advise on digital banking options to enhance convenience.
• Provide a consistent customer experience and assist with daily branch duties.
• Own and resolve customer issues; refer to experts when needed.
• Support junior bankers as a subject matter expert.
