• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships with Preferred Banking Households.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Promotes digital solutions like mobile and online banking to make banking easier.
