Job summary

NBT is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker in Alabama to deliver quality consultative customer service, open and process deposits, and handle consumer and business banking transactions. The role includes educating customers, cross-selling products, and referring sales opportunities to appropriate partners to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in banking, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to discuss credit reports and loan disclosures.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in related banking positions preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales, consumer and business lending preferred.
• Experience demonstrating leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• 50% Accountable for high standards of service; identify needs and refer sales opportunities across all business lines.
• 30% Administers branch operations, processes transactions with high accuracy and completes records and audits.
• 10% Participates in CRA community events.
• 10% Provides training and guidance for other employees.
