Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years lending/credit experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related study and/or formal Commercial Credit training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships.
• Cultivate external referral sources to attract new clients.
• Maintain and service assigned portfolios and cross-sell bank products.
• Negotiate terms of lending agreements and structure/price credit facilities.
• Ensure current financial information is analyzed and on file; monitor credit quality.
• Manage loan closing process and ensure all documents are in place.
