Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate products.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loans, insurance, and cash management services.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience following Trustmark service standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, wires, loans).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation.
• Achieve sales and referral goals and convert service into sales.
• Make outreach calls to customers or prospects.
• Follow bank policies and performance standards.
• Travel between branch locations and perform additional duties as assigned.
